Huawei FusionDC1000C (for Large DC)
The FusionDC1000C prefabricated modular data center integrates civil engineering (L0) and
electromechanical infrastructure (L1). The core functional area adopts modular design that the core
modules are prefabricated, pre-integrated, and pre-commissioned in the factory, and LEGO assembly
onsite. The construction of the auxiliary areas by engineering mode. So, it can minimize onsite workload,
supports simplified, fast, and green deployments. Core modules Generally include IT equipment
modules, power modules, battery modules, and cooling modules.

Application Scenarios
- Public cloud, large colocation data centers
- Internet service data centers
- Medium - and large-sized data centers of enterprises or governments
Feature & Value
Simple
- Pre-integration and pre-test of devices in the factory, reducing TTM by 50%
- Unique Module Height 4.15m, that 15m high building can be built with three floors, improving Space Usage Efficiency 15%+
Green
- Building assembly rate > 95%, overall material recovery rate > 85%, and reduce construction
carbon footprint by 90%. - Huawei intelligent PowerPOD is used for power supply and distribution, ensuring high efficiency across the entire chain.
Smart
- Digital design with BIM technology makes less design change.
- Digital delivery makes less site management risks with visualized and standardized operation.
- Digital Twins + AI + Cloud Enable Light-out Data Factory.
Reliable
- Meets the anti-seismic requirements of local buildings with Solid.
Structure
- Meets building-grade fire resistance, waterproof, and wind resistance requirements.
Combination Principle of Core Module in Version 23A
- POD building: prefabricated core module + steel structure auxiliary area.
- Equipment module, MEP module and power module at the same layer.
- Single- or dual-side deployment for IT equipment modules at a layer is viable. It supports 4-6 IT equipment modules in single-side scene and 8-12 IT equipment modules in dual side scene.
- Select the types of 2.0 or 2.5WM to power module based on the power architecture and IT load.
- Select the types of 2 or 3 indoor units to MEP module and the quantity of MEP modules based on the quantity of IT equipment modules and IT load.
- Layout sequence: left auxiliary area, core equipment area, middle auxiliary area, and power area.
- The total length-width ratio of a floor should less than 3.
- Auxiliary zone: Except for the layout of reference design, other layout schemes are provided by the DPICC design team.
